Danny Blanks

President, Chief Executive Officer

Danny Blanks is the President/CEO of PPLLC. He is a retired Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve with over 22 years of experience as an engineer officer. He has worked on military and civil works projects as a platoon leader, company commander, construction and project manager. In Iraq, LTC Blanks served as operation officer for reconstruction projects for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. After Iraq, he served as the operation office/S-3 for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Recovery Field Office for Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. He provided oversight for a construction management branch with specific emphasis on quality assurance and control, and operation of various construction projects. LTC Blanks’ experience in management and personnel make him integral to our company. LTC Blanks is an active member of Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity, which provides scholarships for college. Additionally, the Fraternity mentor’s young boys and serves as a big brother/father figure, as well as a Boy Scout troop. They also participate in the St. Jude’s fundraiser on behalf of the national chapter. LTC Blanks is a member of the VFW which tutors kids and Toys for Tots. LTC Blanks is also a member of the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME).
