Description

The Scope of this project is to construct a temporary cofferdam around the breached portion of the North Cumberland Levee, and construction of a temporary bypass road around the near breached portion. This included the following services:

a. Provide environmental and safety protection for the site.
b. Excavation and grading of breached levee areas.
c. Excavate cofferdam material from onsite borrow areas.
d. Haul, place and compact the material as needed.
e. Place surface on the cofferdam and near breach repair crest.
