New Orleans to Venice, Louisiana, Hurricane Protection Project, Buras Levee District – West Bank River Levee, Emergency Levee Repairs

Consisting of clearing and grubbing the existing levee, including disposal of debris, replacement of concrete slope paving with riprap armorment, demolition of flood wall and cutting sheet piles, removal of pipelines, Contractor-furnished borrow pit preparation, constructing a levee enlargement, levee surfacing, realignment of access ramps, and excavation, seeding, fertilizing and mulching, and other related work.
