Description

The GIWW, Texas, Placement Area Nos. 64, 65, and 105A Dike Rehabilitation Project is a USACE Galveston District Project including coastal navigation and environmental restoration. This project includes rehabilitation and restoration of dike structures along West Bay in Brazoria County, Texas. The project consists of dike rehabilitation across almost 9,000 LF of land, which includes the installation of select fill, geotextile, blanket stone, and riprap. This project also includes the reconstruction and installation of a steel walkway on an existing outfall structure located at Placement Area 65.
